Last night I put in my notice at work so as of August 12th, I will officially be a STAY AT HOME MOM!!! I have been waiting for this day for a long time and I am so glad it's finally going to happen. I have been working at the same job for almost 10 years and though I am so grateful for the experience, it is time to move on. Brett got accepted into Anesthesia school back in November and it is starting in a few weeks. We have had a long time to plan for this so we are so excited and ready for this new adventure. Since Brett is going to be so involved in school, he too resigned from his job. We have been saving for this for a while and with the help of government student loans, we are going to make it. I had a choice. I could either work and enroll Sawyer in day care, or be a stay at home mom and live a little more frugal. It's wasn't a hard choice to make! It's just time : )
Not much has happened with our adoption progress.... still waiting. However, I have decided on the pictures for our pass along card.
